Great Salesman I purchased my 2014 Passat TDI last Friday. As part of the negotiation, I handed over my credit card. Once at home the following day Saturday, I notic I purchased my 2014 Passat TDI last Friday. As part of the negotiation, I handed over my credit card. Once at home the following day Saturday, I noticed that the credit card was not in the envelope. I called Lee Seward the salesman, to inform him about it, he located the card, and promised to deliver it himself the following day Sunday, and he did! I am glad that people understand what real customer service is, the fact that he drove on a Sunday to return personally my card which could have been mailed to me, speaks volumes of the level of professionals this dealer has. Prospect location is exceptional. We started our process with Raffi who turns us over to Chris Krause. Raffi made our deal which was very acceptable to us and Chris took us through the buying process. Chris was GREAT......not pushy and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Chris has followed up with us over the last few days. He has made sure we are not having any problem or concerns with our new Passat.
