In the end, I didn't WANT to go anywhere else or even get a different car shipped in from elsewhere because he made my experience so pleasant. The time from agreement to papers being drawn up and signed was super speedy - less than you can even wait at other dealerships just to talk to someone. Joe was assertive to the kind of person I am and explained thing thoroughly, but quickly as well so he didn't draw it out unnecessarily. I'm definitely coming here for my next lease! More

If Robert sees me at the dealership, then he always finds time to talk to me and not act like a stranger. I felt their hospitality is better than Lexus. It would appear that history has repeated itself...Nearly two years ago, my wife and I visited The Autobarn VW of Mt. Prospect just to "look" at a vehicle I stumbled upon online one evening. On a November w two years ago, my wife and I visited The Autobarn VW of Mt. Prospect just to "look" at a vehicle I stumbled upon online one evening. On a November weekend of 2010, we went to test drive the vehicle and the rest was/is history. I traded my clean BMW for a used but very clean Audi and the experience was and still is great with The Autobarn VW of Mt. Prospect. The quality of people who works there instills quality and trust that you sometimes lack at the "other" dealers. So much I don't mind the drive to this location. Some might say I am crazy to go to a VW dealership to buy an Audi. I know I could have specifically made a purchase on an Audi vehicle at an Audi dealership but I feel The Autobarn VW of Mt. Prospect provides value in price and service, and sales staff who do not apply pressure like Vise Grip. I even have my Audi service work (oil, changing tires, etc) completed at The Autobarn VW of Mt. Prospect, that is how much I trust their service department as well. About three years later on a November of 2013, we again visited the dealer just to "look" at an interested Audi vehicle model. There we had the pleasure to meet with Kalina Stoyanov, who was very approachable, knowledgeable and hard working sales consultant; who did everything she could to get us to the "sweet spot" -- to sign on the dotted lines! We were very happy that Kalina was our sales consultant to say the least. We felt as if even if we were to make a purchase, say on lesser priced vehicle or of another brand, it didn't matter. Kalina steadily ensured that we got exactly what we wanted in the end. We also thanked that the entire negotiation process was not dreadful at all :) They even made sure we were out on time so I can get to work on time! I want to thank the teams out at The Autobarn VW of Mt. Prospect, please continue to hire quality people and reward your valuable worker Kalina Stoyanov! I had come to the Autobarn of Mt. Great selection of Certified Pre-Owned VWs. Very competitive pricing. They did have a 'glitch' with there inventory on site vs. inventory on internet - when I mentioned it to the Internet Sales Man competitive pricing.
