I'm giving them 5 stars because, Kalina Gartner our sales woman worked so hard to get my son approved for this vehicle being that th Dealership ever! Basically I went in browsing with the intent on buying something sooner or later, I really wasn't in any rush. I don't exactly have the best credit in the world, but they were clear and upfront about the situation. I appreciated the fact that i wasn't being jerked around and disregarded because of my lack of perfect credit. Because of that, i was happy with the overall buying experience. Decided to randomly test drive a new GTI, always liked them and look like fun cars. Robert B helped us out and took us for a test drive. It was very stress free and no pushy tactics. Due to scheduling, we went back to buy the new car on a day Robert was off. Robert was kind enough to advise another sales associate of our situation and when we came in on Friday evening, it was a smooth transaction and Martin was very helpful and friendly. Finance manager was helpful as well and had us out the door as soon as he could. Martin then went over every feature on the car and helped me setup bluetooth and navigation. Normally I get a handshank and the sales associate goes off after signing all the legal documents, never to be seen again. Not with Robert and Martin. They went over all of the dealer perks, features of the car, warranty, schedule maintenance and even followed up with me the following week. More

From the moment I met Chris Krause, I knew that I wanted to purchase a car from him. We bought a 2011 VW Jetta SEL form Autobarn of Mt. Prospect. The dealership had the car that we wanted listed online with a price that was a little over our budget. We paid a visit to the dealership anyway even though it was far away from my home, and the car was as described and reflected the pictures on the online listing. It had all the features that we wanted, and we really wanted to buy it but the only issue was the price. The employee who showed us the car, Robert Baturin, welcomed us, took us to his office, gave us some details about the car, and offered to show us the car and test-drive it. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about the car, and he explained everything very specifically and accurately. What we liked about him was that he was honest whenever we asked a question, which made us trust him more. Even though the price was a little over the budget, we felt that Robert was working with us to give us the best price we can get without pushing us to do anything. This is a quality that is not found in all dealerships. Eventually, we were willing to buy the car and bought it because we felt comfortable that it was a good car from a good dealership. After we bough it, Robert took us to the car and showed and taught us about everything in the car from bumper to bumper. More
