This was an excellent first service experience at VW of Pittsfield. I brought my 2017 Alltrack in for a Haldex service. Ethan was knowledgeable courteous and friendly. The Tiguan loaner was ready when I a Pittsfield. I brought my 2017 Alltrack in for a Haldex service. Ethan was knowledgeable courteous and friendly. The Tiguan loaner was ready when I arrived. The service was done before I expected. I liked the email and phone consultation about the inspection results. Five stars all the way. Based on this experience and my previous experience with their parts department I would definitely consider McGee for our next car purchase. More

I have a dealership near me in NY and am so glad I drove to Pittsfield to get my car with Sal! He knew I was coming after work and asked for some information ahead of time. I don't know what is going on over at Flynn. Was in the market for an Audi last year and it was like pulling teeth to get someone from the sales team to call me back. Had to complaint to the man Was in the market for an Audi last year and it was like pulling teeth to get someone from the sales team to call me back. Had to complaint to the manager and eventually went with another dealership. Now I'm looking to serve the car and give them my business for maintenance and couldn't get a call back again. Called the switchboard and they sent me back to the voice mail for the Service Department (who didn't call back the last time I called). Would prefer to be more local but moving on to another dealership again. More
