Flynn Audi has lost our trust in their service area. We have been doing business with them for three years and we had felt like we were getting a fair deal. I am from out of town, and during my travels my Audi started leaking coolant. I called the service dept and asked if they could get me right in cause it was necessary I returned back home the following started leaking coolant. I called the service dept and asked if they could get me right in cause it was necessary I returned back home the following night. They told me to drop it off and they would get to it first thing in the morning. By lunch time they called me and said they were replacing my water pump and it would be done by 3:30. I picked up my car at 5 and was on my way back to eastern mass. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the speed in which they were able to fit me in. Thank you to everyone who helped me out. More
Friendly service from individual who scheduled service, but technicians diagnosed my car with a fault code and then added other ‘contributing items’ to rack up a bill of $3,000. Took the car to another VW but technicians diagnosed my car with a fault code and then added other ‘contributing items’ to rack up a bill of $3,000. Took the car to another VW dealer and the required critical items and caution items totaled only $323.00. Whether it was lack of knowledge from the technician or a scheme to charge what they think they could get away with does not matter! The bottom line is that this is not a business that conveys customer service and I will never recommend the dealership to anyone or return to the place of business! More

Great customer service Blew the oil separator in my 2010 Audi A4. Service department had it replaced same day before I got out of work. However 2 miles down the road the che Blew the oil separator in my 2010 Audi A4. Service department had it replaced same day before I got out of work. However 2 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Blew the main seal. Pretty expensive repair. A week later I brought it back and it was leaking oil. The seal that they had put in had failed. They replaced it again at no cost. Good group of people here and I would definitely come back. More

Jason found us the car that we wanted after the one we first looked at on the lot was sold.....but love this one even more!!! It was worth the wait and we are so excited about our purchase. I love the red, black interior and spoiled plate on the trunk!!! Jason spent two hours with us the day of the pick-up going over all the features of the car and before we even left the parking lot we had one more question and he was there with a smile and user-friendly language for us who need the basics.
