Terrible Terrible Terrible Costumer Service!!!!! Vista VW is the worst service department I have ever had to deal with! My first experience was mediocre, at best. After my second visit, which led Vista VW is the worst service department I have ever had to deal with! My first experience was mediocre, at best. After my second visit, which led to a 3rd and 4th visit, I will NOT be going back. The waiting area is a joke, with only 5 or 6 chairs for a service waiting area, most of the clients have to stand if they wait. But, my real issue is the staff. Everyone I have been in contact with have been inattentive and/or rude. There is no excuse for the way the staff is allowed to speak to the clients! More

Absolutely horrible customer service. They diagnosed and replaced my brake light switch. I drove car for a week to find out I had no brake lights. Vista wanted 79.95 for a diagnostic fee or would not look a replaced my brake light switch. I drove car for a week to find out I had no brake lights. Vista wanted 79.95 for a diagnostic fee or would not look at the car. I took it elsewhere and they changed the fuse. The brake fuse has been good since 2002 and is still working 2 weeks after it was changed. dealer insists they would not diagnose the car with out me paying the diagnostic fee. They also said my complaint about the cruise control not working was wrong. Sid it was working fine. It did not work on my way to the repair facility, but started working again after the fuse was replaced by a reputable repair facility. More
