My experience with VW South Charlotte is one I can’t even compare to anywhere else. My experience went specifically well because of Matt Hattel. While car shopping I felt extremely comfortable, he helped me compare to anywhere else. My experience went specifically well because of Matt Hattel. While car shopping I felt extremely comfortable, he helped me as a first time car buyer understand a lot of the topics I didn’t have a good grasp on. But beyond that he was honest, genuine, laid back and never pressuring. He made looking at cars not only exciting but easy. The entire process, from early conversations, test drives, phone calls, and closing the deal so beyond stress free. Not to mention one time when I didn’t have a way home after a test drive and he ensured he would help me get home. Matts genuine attitude, laid back communication and comfortably to work with and excitement with me while going through purchasing made the entire experience so much better. Truly, I can not recommend South Charlotte compared to any other dealership in the area and you would be lucky to meet with Matt, a gentleman I would purchase from again.
