Customer Service is at an all time low. Never calls back when promises to do so. My Jetta has 50 plus k miles on it. The dealership and maxcare (carmax) refuse to repair the $16k engine repair because I cannot provide an oil change receipt (personal oil change from a family friend completed). The consumer word of mouth is thicker than any oil. Never use this dealership for service or purchase of any vehicle. More
