OUTSTANDING ! Over the past 40+ years my husband and I have purchased and leased many vehicles. We have experienced many dealerships and many sales people. Some goo Over the past 40+ years my husband and I have purchased and leased many vehicles. We have experienced many dealerships and many sales people. Some good and some not so good. Our most recent experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in the door at Volkswagen of South Charlotte we were greeted in a very pleasant manner but never felt like we were being “attacked”. Everyone was very helpful but we never felt pressured. My husband had spoken to Saaid Olmedo previously so we asked for him as he was expecting us. I am always a bit wary as a female in a car dealership but from the minute I met Saaid I knew I was in good hands. Saaid walked in with a genuine smile and his hand extended to shake my hand. You can tell a lot by someone’s handshake as I work in sales also and Saaid was impressing me. (Believe me when I say it takes a lot to win me over.) From that point Saaid was extremely helpful. You could tell he loves his job, he knows his product and he does an outstanding job of educating the customer without being “pushy”. Needless to say we walked out with a car that evening ONLY because of SAAID. I had no intention of leaving with a car that day but after spending several hours with Saaid I knew I was making the right decision. I love my new Passat and I love the buying experience I had at VW of South Charlotte but MOST OF ALL I LOVED working with Saaid....... I highly recommend him and I will pass his name along to everyone I know who is looking for a VW....... he’s the man with the VW tattoo on his arm ! Now that’s dedication to the product you sell !!!
