I inquired about a 2017 Passat R-line online late Saturday through Volkswagen of South Charlotte and was contacted with a phone call ten minutes befor I inquired about a 2017 Passat R-line online late Saturday through Volkswagen of South Charlotte and was contacted with a phone call ten minutes before dealership opened on Sunday. The timelines was the start of my expectations being exceeded because I was not expecting a call until Monday. I was a bit skeptical because I would have to make an 85+ mile drive to the dealership that I had never worked with. Expectations continued to be exceeded, with only a few simple text messages we had the deal worked out and I was on my way to the dealership. It was definitely worth the 85+ mile drive Sunday afternoon. BreAnna Griffin, sales representative in picture, was at my door as soon as I arrived to the dealership with a smile and warm welcome. BreAnna was great to work with and I highly recommend her! I got to the dealership and was out the door within an hour and on my way home in my new 2017 Passat R-line. I would like to also give a shoutout to the finance team. They also played a part in making this be a seamless buying experience. I have had finance representatives be very pushy but this was not the case at Volkswagen of South Charlotte. It was like speaking to a relative.
