Good prompt service .. as always you repaired my EOS . I understand and appreciate the way your service department functions. It works like a competent team ready to address most service needs. I do believe the EOS I purchased at your dealership was not the auto I thought it would be. The roof leaks (above both side windows when driving in the rain, the top only completes storage with assisting the string flap on both sides, the sun roof panel stated cracking only after two years (we keep the EOS in the garage most of the time), diagnostic front panel constantly says something is wrong with the engine (we have to include an additive when we fill with gas (yes 93+ octane),over heating diagnostic comes on every once in awhile (eventually it clears itself, both door panels (top sections) have come loose (it seems only replacing the complete door panel is the only expensive solution, and both sun visors have fallen off several times (screw comes out), But, we keep driving the cute little red EOS...sometimes with a little anguish. The car does have to many issues....I sure hope other VW owners are not having the negative experiences we have had........this is the second VW I owned....could be the last.... More

2013 Jetta Took my car in for 40k maintenance they said i needed a wheel alignment on tires with 1500 miles on tires charged me $90 for 10 minutes worth of work Took my car in for 40k maintenance they said i needed a wheel alignment on tires with 1500 miles on tires charged me $90 for 10 minutes worth of work and then found after return home a chip on front bumper. First they rip me off of something not needed and then to add insult to injury chip paint on front bumper. More

Excellent purchase experience of 2017 VW Golf Sportwagen SEL I contacted VW of South Charlotte using a link on their website regarding setting up a test drive on a new Golf. Bill Patterson responded by phone w I contacted VW of South Charlotte using a link on their website regarding setting up a test drive on a new Golf. Bill Patterson responded by phone within 10 minutes and we set up an appointment for the next day. The sales manager also replied, acknowledging that Bill was working on my request. I drove 110 miles to their dealership because of the good selection of Golfs. Much to my pleasant surprise, when I arrived at the dealership the Golf I was coming to test drive had already been pulled right up front. Bill Patterson met me and off we went on a very thorough test drive in the Golf. I had already mentioned to Bill that I also wanted to look at a Jetta and Golf Sportwagen. After the Golf drive and while I was looking it over further, Bill brought the Jetta up to drive. Upon returning in the Jetta, Bill brought up the Golf Sportwagen to drive. I ended up choosing the Sportwagen as it drove the best and was the most comfortable and offered the most utility for my needs. Only 4 hours from arriving to driving away with the clean, full of gas, Golf Sportwagen. Pretty quick considering 3 extended test drives, getting my trade-in appraised, financial paperwork, and transferring personal things from my trade-in to the new VW. Everyone at VW of South Charlotte were most helpful, and not the least bit high-pressure in their sales technique. More
