Great experience during 10k scheduled service The fact that I received an email reminding me about the 10k mileage service was a nice service from VW South Charlotte dealer. The additional convenience of been able to schedule the service on line was greatly complemented for the extraordinary service that Sam and Al provided when I got there. They kept me informed about the progress of the service and provided a detailed summary of what was done at the end while I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while a waited in th superb lounge the dealer has. Great Experience Purchasing New Car We are part of the buyback program for the 2014 Passat TDI we purchased from Mr. Dedis and VW of South Charlotte. To replace the car we looked around We are part of the buyback program for the 2014 Passat TDI we purchased from Mr. Dedis and VW of South Charlotte. To replace the car we looked around at other cars before we went back to look at the new Passat. We love the car and we have had great experience with Mr. Dedis and the entire dealership in both 2014 and the last few weeks buying our new Passat. They are all pleasant and to the point without being aggressive or pushy. That certainly is not the case at all dealerships. I would highly recommend both the Passat, Mr. Dedis, and this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

Amazing Service I have been coming to this dealership for the past 3 years for service, purchases etc and everything has been amazing. My most recent lease with Bobb I have been coming to this dealership for the past 3 years for service, purchases etc and everything has been amazing. My most recent lease with Bobby Jessup was wonderful. He was able to answer questions I had and if he didn't know he was able to refer me to someone right away. Sometimes its nerve wrecking going into a dealership because may customers feel as though there are going to get conned. Thats the honest truth. I didn't feel this way and really appreciated Bobby's attentiveness to our families needs. Thanks so much! More

No complaints. They were great, I went to go look at a pre-owned vehicle that they had listed online. Showed up without an appointment and Spiros was outside immediately asking if I I went to go look at a pre-owned vehicle that they had listed online. Showed up without an appointment and Spiros was outside immediately asking if I needed help. After a brief discussion about the vehicle we went for a test drive. The rest is obvious. He was very helpful, even texted me (I can't accept calls during the day due to work) throughout the entire process letting me know the progress. They worked with me on my trade in value and financing to get the car within budget. A much better overall experience than one I had with a big name Chevy dealer in town. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
