My credit had taken a hard hit this year and I had already been to several other dealerships that weren't able to help me out. Felt like they weren't even trying. BreAnna took my call and within the same day I got a call back saying they got the car I was looking for and more importantly, at the payment I needed! I arrived at the dealership the next day to sign the paperwork and I can honestly say that the team they have there treated me like a VIP. BreAnna is so genuine and had my best interest at heart. Fadi and Alden ran the numbers, made the calls to the banks and were able to hook me up with an amazing deal. So thankful to everyone who helped me out! 5 Stars all the way! More

BEWARE!! BEWARE and be aware of this dealership. I came to them with a Passat purchased in Chicago where I had lived. They must have been salivating as I cam BEWARE and be aware of this dealership. I came to them with a Passat purchased in Chicago where I had lived. They must have been salivating as I came in, a lone female looking for a car and they took full advantage of the situation. Thought being part of the Volkswagen family I would be treated with decency and fairness. Nothing was further from the truth. I was met with utter desperate treatment. They steered me exclusively to leasing rather than buying which is much better for dealership not so much for lessee. I leased a Tiguan trading in a Jetta that I had leased from them a year prior. They promised no first months payment yet they needed $500 that day. First payment was due 45 days later, so goes no first payment! Was told by Abe he would comp dent protection and such, but at the end of the contract it was there with other extra's they padded on without my acknowledgement. They were rude and flip. When I asked about negotiating the MSRP price my salesmen Mr. Dudkows yelled an indignant "NO". I told my salesman I wasn't feeling well and asked for something to drink, he told me there was a vending machine in the service area!! They are nothing short of school yard bullies waiting to prey on people like myself who look for their help and expertise in simply finding a car. An entire six months after leasing Tiguan I received letters for unpaid parking tickets from Clemson SC on my traded in Jetta. They kept plates and left them on Jetta. Jetta was still registered in my name an entire six months after trade according to Charlotte police reporting. I called dealership 7-8 times leaving many VM's to get to the bottom of this. Talked to no oneI! Have been told by law enforcement this practice is against the law. Bottom line they are untrustworthy only looking out for their bottom line NOT the client! Worst experience I've ever encountered. I'd also like to add that just last week I called the service center of VW South Charlotte in need of a new tire, the original was damage beyond repair. I ordered a tire to match the others on my 2016 Tiguan. Was told no problem I would get a call the next day by noon to let me know tire was in and to come in (not that I wanted to but had to) and get tire installed. I waited till 2pm and finally called the was put on hold for 28 (I kid you not) minutes then someone came back asking what I wanted, told him and was back on hold for another 10 minutes, I finally hung up. Waited an hour called back and was directed to someones VM and left a message. Again I heard nothing. Finally a friend (a highly regard medical professional and a man) said "call them again", got a service person and for the third time asked where my tire was, he rattled on when my friend said "give me the phone". My friend politely listened to what they had to say when he interjected "I don't want excuses just a tire" he listened for a minute more and told them again "no excuses just a tire". He got nowhere and politely said he'd find a tire elsewhere. When off the phone he looked at me and told me "i don't ever want you to go to that dealership again". He had been aware of how badly the dealership had treated me and he concurred especially after his phone call with them and they're glaring lack of help. More

I initially inquired online about a specific car/trim and shockingly, within a few days, BreAnna found exactly what I was looking for! It was great to be able to get quick responses to questions by text or email and when we test drove, she knew EVERYTHING about the car.. we've always had issue with other dealerships' sales people who "had to look things up". It was also nice to get a mother's perspective as we are expecting our first child in a couple months. We've always enjoyed this dealership, I've gotten my past VWs serviced here. We wanted to buy a car here years ago because the staff is so friendly and experts on their product, but the car we were looking for wasn't on the lot. Looks like it worked out this time, though. It was an easy, no pressure, well informed informed sale experience. Thanks, BreAnna!! More

Spiros Dedis was excellent - he patiently helped us through the whole process and went out of his way to explain the new features of our GTI. Kent McClure made sure that we were able to leave with a new GTI, and Rick Pitre eased us through the final financing process. Everyone was very friendly, and we would not hesitate to purchase another car from VW South Charlotte in the future. More
