Going above and beyond I was in a bind after completing the buyback and another dealership leaving me without a car for three months. I had to start exploring my options and found a car I liked online at this dealership. The next day the internet sales manager called me with information about a similar car that was available. I said I needed to think about it and a while later he called me back to tell me the original car I liked was, in fact, available for purchase. He gave me details about it and I told him I'd be there as soon as Uber could get me there. Instead, he offered to have me picked up! I live clear across town, so this was a great offer. When I got there, I was introduced to BreAnna who is just a gem. She let me take a test drive of the car and we put the wheels in motion, so to speak, on buying my dream car! She was so thorough and explained everything to me during the process. I worked with Alden in finance and before I knew it I was the proud new owner of a 15 GSW TDI SEL!!! I could not have been more happy with how I was treated by everyone at the dealership. I am so incredibly grateful for everyone there getting me into the car I really wanted! THANK YOU!!! Not only that but because my car is a TDI the modification had not been completed yet but I needed the car immediately to leave for a long-planned-for trip early the very next morning. The dealership when above and beyond to get the modification done right away! I was able to drive home with it after all the paperwork was completed. I was so incredibly relieved!! I can't say enough about how the entire dealership sales people worked so hard to get me in the car with a great deal. More
