I knew that car I wanted to look at and because of her amazing patience, explanations and friendly demeanor, I drove off into the night in my dream car!! Since then I continued to take my car to the dealership for service and every time I was there she came out of her office and greeted me with a hug, asked how not just the car was doing but how I was, and answered any questions I had with a smile. As a young woman myself I loved having another young woman sell me a car. She put the sale in my language using words like cute and awesome and turned to my dad and used words like horsepower and stats. I truly believe she can sell a car to anyone.
