In fact it all happened so fast, it was hard to believe I could just drive it off the lot and it was mine! More

This attitude goes from the sales person to the general manager. I left the dealership immediately after being asked to leave, I was on my way out and went directly to Kieffer VW. A friend of mine who is interested in a VW called me asked how it went, he knew I was going to buy a car. I told him what happened he said he would stay clear of this dealership. I will be telling all my friends to stay clear of this dealership. If the sales department is this bad I'm not even going to consider having my car serviced there. More

Loyal VW Customer Spiros and Kwasi are great VW salesmen. After turning in my beloved TDI, I was in search of a replacement but not sure it would be another VW. On my list was the Subaru Outback, Prius, and Mazda CX-5 among others. Both Spiros and Kwasi were very congenial, knew the products exceptionally well, were easy to work with and guided me to the Alltrack which is clearly a better car.
