Excellent experience!! I came in to test drive the 2016 Jetta. When I walked in, I immediately met Ramsey, and he told me about the car and let me take it for a spin. Sales good...Service needs integrity Friendly sales. Service needs improvement. Had major problems with 2016 Sportwagen. In my opinion the problems were never properly diagnosed.
