My appointment was for 10am, but there were a lot of people who had arrived without appointments at around the same time, so I was thinking we would be in for a long wait, 70 minutes later we drove out, and the car had been washed as well. This level of service, allied to VERY competitve rates (way cheaper than the dealer I purchased the car from), means I will be using VW of Sourth Charlotte for all my servicing needs going forward.
