We met the owner of the dealership and he was working just like everyone else and was extremely down to earth and personable, unlike many other owners we have previously met. Their service facility is extremely clean with exceptionally friendly staff. We never felt like we were being "sold" a car as Mike has always been honest with us about our options and directed us more like a friend. Their prices are great and they worked with our budget and requests as much as they could. I would buy a car from Mike at WV of South Charlotte again and recommend him to everyone! More
