Charlotte and working with Moe, I knew that I had found the best possible deal. I got an amazing deal on a 2015 Passat lease. Moe worked hard to meet my numbers and also demonstrated superb customer service. I was actually surprised by the amount of effort he put in to make sure I was comfortable with all elements of the transaction. He even followed up afterword to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Car buying should be fun, right? Well, I have purchased 19 vehicles in my life and the 17 previous times it was not fun at all. But my most recent purchase of a 2015 Passat Limited for my son at Volkswagen of South Charlotte was exceptional. We had looked at 2 other dealers previously that day and were just stopping in to validate our belief that we had already decided on another vehicle at a different dealer. That is when we met Kent. Kent is very passionate about Volkswagen and it showed. I told him what vehicles we were considering and that we were already close to a decision. I also told him that I don't haggle and I don't want to waste any time. He assured me that they didn't do business that way. I told him what we wanted and he said we needed to see the Passat Limited and we would likely change our mind. He was right. This car was exactly what we were looking for; safe, fun, great gas mileage, roomy for my 6"3" son and all his friends, and a great price. When he showed me the price they were willing to sell it to me for, I said yes on the spot. Financing took only 30 minutes and Kent drove the vehicle to my house to present to my son. No luck on what I was wanting used as color was not available but this dealership does carry a nice inventory of used cars as well. Believe it or not Moe was the only salesperson at several VW dealerships who suggested perhaps a new car. Bottom line ended up this dealership worked out a great deal which yes was more expensive than the used cars I had reviewed on line and at other dealerships but not that much more. Went from looking for a 2012 VW Passat TDI SEL to buying a new one. Awesome car with the turbo diesel. Just had a business trip to Atlanta, round trip 475 miles, 50.7 miles/gal. Moe was patient with me as I had a million questions in the buying process. No pressure guy just works to provide what you want. Last car purchased was many years ago and I found this to be a very pleasant experience. Before I bought the car asked some customers who were waiting on their cars being serviced how they viewed the dealership's service department and their overall experience with the dealership. Received very positive responses and with a fairly new and modern dealership including amenities while you wait on car servicing this appears to be a hard dealership to beat. More

He was very professional and informative. He actually told me of the lease special. Mo was the person who helped get me into a new car.. He worked hard for a better price and I felt like I walked away with a fair price as well as a reasonable monthly payment. The car also had all the bells and whistles. The transfer process was quick and I left with a much better car than I arrived .. This VW dealership has always been wonderful to me. All were true to form with my experience. I would recommend this dealership for anyone wanting a fair deal. More
