As a first time buyer who was EXTREMELY reluctant of walking into a dealership, I have to say that I'm happy I chose this one to walk into. Of course 95% of my negotiating was done via email but Kent (my salesman) was great at communicating. Consistency is key with me. Sharing with him my frustration with other dealers (Keffer Mazda, and Mazda of South Charlotte), he was patient and upfront. Kent got me down to an interest significantly lower than where I was any where else and helped me get me to be where I wanted! Picked up my car today. I love it, and I'm so happy I chose VW of South Charlotte! Would recommend to anyone. More

Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and most importantly passionate! I didn't feel like I was being sold a car I felt like the cars features, safety and brand sold itself. I learned every inch of the features on safety to size, comfort and durability from Spiros Dedis from the inside out and even the test drive was so fun and informative! When I was done I felt like I learned everything I needed in a short time period on the VW Passat. In the negotiation portion of the day Spiros was very helpful in trying to figure out what would be best for me and my budget. Kent McClure who informed my father on the phone prior to coming to the dealership that my dream car would be available for me came in and introduced himself midway into negotiations, he really sealed the deal. He took my needs and wants and provided the perfect package that made me sign on the dotted line and drive away in my 2015 VW Passat Sport that same day! I received great financing, monthly payments, perks, and training on the different features of my car. When leaving VW that day I felt I made the right decision and am excited to bring my car for any service it needs. VW of South Charlotte is a family and I felt apart of that.
