Save some time. Start and finish with VW of S Charlotte VW of South Charlotte is the best dealership on the east coast. I was interested in a VW long before I can afford it. I came in initially one year ago VW of South Charlotte is the best dealership on the east coast. I was interested in a VW long before I can afford it. I came in initially one year ago and spoke with Spiro Dedis. Any time I spoke with him on the phone or showed up randomly he knew exactly who I was and our previous conversations; even if it has been 6 months since our last conversation! Before I bought my vehicle, I went to every dealership in the Charlotte area and in Connecticut (original home). VW of South Charlotte offered the best customer service, the best product knowledge, the best accommodation for vehicles, and of course the best price out of all of the dealerships. My advice: save some time, walk into VW of South Charlotte ask for Spiro Dedis and Moe Asmar. These two people will give the best deal. If you do not believe me, then feel free to go to another dealership. You can see for yourself. I bought a VW Jetta SE. Glad to be apart of the VW family! More

Amazing!! I bought my first car at VW South Charlotte and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, kno I bought my first car at VW South Charlotte and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and most importantly passionate! I didn't feel like I was being sold a car I felt like the cars features, safety and brand sold itself. I learned every inch of the features on safety to size, comfort and durability from Spiros Dedis from the inside out and even the test drive was so fun and informative! When I was done I felt like I learned everything I needed in a short time period on the VW Passat. In the negotiation portion of the day Spiros was very helpful in trying to figure out what would be best for me and my budget. Kent McClure who informed my father on the phone prior to coming to the dealership that my dream car would be available for me came in and introduced himself midway into negotiations, he really sealed the deal. He took my needs and wants and provided the perfect package that made me sign on the dotted line and drive away in my 2015 VW Passat Sport that same day! I received great financing, monthly payments, perks, and training on the different features of my car. When leaving VW that day I felt I made the right decision and am excited to bring my car for any service it needs. VW of South Charlotte is a family and I felt apart of that. My experience was amazing and I would recommend anyone! Thank you Kent and Spiros for a remarkable first car buying experience! More

Great experience!! My husband and I traded in both of our cars, and our overall experience was great. We love our new cars! Wale, the salesman, was wonderful. Mo and Abe Asmar really helped us with getting out of a bad deal from a previous dealership. They, also, referred us to a better insurance company. Mike & Clovis were AMAZING!!!! I leased my very first car with Mike and Clovis. The entire process was seamless.
