I was interested in buying another EOS convertible(last one purchased from VW of S. Charlotte new in 2008). Spiros took all the time I needed, was never pushy & was with me from start to finish. I walked out with a another EOS(used, but only 16,000 miles) & as he said I was grinning from ear to ear. Since this car had more upgrades than my old EOS, Spiros took the time to walk through all the features until I felt comfortable with them. Since I bought my last EOS in 2008 I've mainly dealt with the Service Department & they have always been excellent & it's nice to see that the sales team is equally as good. I also dealt with Allen, your new Finance Manager & even new, he was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but the entire staff. More
Great Car Buying Experience I recently purchased a 2014 Jetta TDI after receiving expert and friendly help from Spiros Dedis. He listened to my requirements for a new car and tho I recently purchased a 2014 Jetta TDI after receiving expert and friendly help from Spiros Dedis. He listened to my requirements for a new car and thoroughly explained the features of the TDI and SEL models before I test drove each. It was obvious that he not only knew the features of these vehicles but was enthusiastic about them. Before the test drives, he again went over the adjustments and controls, and picked a useful route including highway and local streets. When the TDI was delivered, he again went over the controls, answered my questions and helped me pair my cellphone and set up Car-net. He has always been courteous and pleasant to work with, and even came in to the dealership on his day off to make sure that the minor paint touchup and another minor service issue were properly done. He has been the best car salesman that I have ever had! More

VW of South Charlotte does not value its customers I have been to this servicing center 3 times. All of my experiences at this location have been bad. The LAST visit was horrible. The first time I went I didnt think much of it, because I don't excpect exceptional service everywhere I go. The second time I went for a issue that was suppose to be resolved the first time. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee, although it was a result of their neglience. My last visit I was going for a 100,000 mile service check up. Once I was given the quote I told them I would come back on Monday (the day being Thursday) the representative asked me "Is it money issues? If so you can tell me. You dont have to be embarrased" I thought of this as highly disrepectful. That is a company that does not derseve my business at all. I asked for the manager, I didnt get that either, Although after looking at these pictures of the employees, I now realize that he was sitting right at his desk while he allowed someone else to deal with this absurd situation. This is a business that does not value their customers at all!! More

The service department is well staffed and efficient with regard to intake, advising a customer of required service, keeping wait time to a minimum and knowledge. While waiting, I took a little time to go out and look at the inventory and was greeted by Spiros. Although, I"m not currently in the market for a new vehicle, I appreciate Spiros taking the time to show me some of the affordable models should I decide to get a 2nd vehicle. I had a major service appointment today and knew the 80k appointment would take some time. (yes..you read that right....87k on a two year old car!.....what can I say....I like driving!). The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and makes the waiting tolerable. I highly recommend the VW of South Charlotte for service and should I decide to get another VW soon, I will return to this location and see Spiros. More

Pleasantly Surprised We had set out that day with an appointment at another dealership (not Volkswagen) and the person we had the appointment with was very rude, so we lef We had set out that day with an appointment at another dealership (not Volkswagen) and the person we had the appointment with was very rude, so we left. We had been seeing the commercials for the VW Passat TDI and the great fuel mileage, so we stopped on our way back home. We said we were just going to look. We were greeted by a salesman almost immediately...our first impression was a very good one. He, Kwasi, was very polite and knowlegable of the cars on the their lot. Any questions we had, he answered right away. We fell in love with the first car we test drove and we drove away in it that night. He has since followed up with us asking if we are pleased with our purchase. He gave us his personal cell phone number and we are able to text him with any questions about the car, which works out great. This car has so many features that we discover something new almost every day. I would recommend anyone to this dealership and definitely recommend that they speak to Kwasi. More
