Going through this process was at this point had me DEPRESSED!! I didn't know what I was going to do and didn't want to assume a new or higher car payment then I was already paying, however, it was if as Kwasi came to my rescue wth a "Super Man VW" cape on. He introduced himself and pulled me from the service desk as I was discussing the amount of the cost of repair with Joerg to see where he could help as I could tell he sensed the frustration and disappointment on my face as Joerg advised me of how much money I'd need to kick out to keep my lady bug alive. After pulling me to the side, he threw on his MASTER SUPER save a damsel in distress cape and went to work. He went "hard in the paint" for me to see how at the least he could get me into a new car considering my current situation with my car. We chatted and test drove a few cars. I told him...WHAT I WANTED versus the cars that I test drove. He left from his desk, told me he would be right back, he came back, we walked outside and he told me everything there was to know about German engineering and introduced me to "My Lil Red Lady". We test drove the car...on the way back to the dealership I told him "I love it" and the rest is history from that point. He worked as best on his behalf to make things as smooth as possible and a few days later the car was ready for me to pick up. The VW team was awesome all around. I can honestly say that this is possibly the best car buying experiences I've ever had and Kwasi was amazing and is an amazing guy. He if nothing else made this experience TOP notch and a standard to follow as far as I'm concerned and I am proud to say that he is "MY SALES GUY" and I'd refer him to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgeable, personable and customer/sales driven associate. Unbelievably Easy Buying & Service Process I was bringing in my wife's 2012 Passat for its 30K mile service. While on my way to the waiting area, noticed the convertible EOS on the showroom floor. There was also a 2013 Passat for a little under $20K. Not long after discussing the vehicle, I was driving away in the Passat leaving behind my '98 Audio A6 Quattro. Spiros made the entire process easy with no hassle. I wish I needed more cars because I would've bought more! I am definitely a fan of Spiros and VW of South Charlotte!!! More

This car has needed various service items over the past four years since moving to the Carolina's. John Schmidt has been very detailed, patient and fair assessing the repair needs of our older VW. When it came time to purchase a new car for my wife, I knew where we would purchase. In my initial new car search, I met Spiros Dedis. I did not purchase initially, but Spiros followed up with me via email in a kind, courteous manner. I like the fact that he was persistent in providing me with the information I required to make a Todd buying decision, but did NOT provide undue pressure to buy. We went back to the dealership on 3-30-14 to purchase and Spiros was busy with four other customers. He was able to pass us over to another salesman named J. Wallace. Mr. Wallace was extremely helpful, accommodating and professional. My wife and I both appreciated his humorous and approachable demeanor. All in all, this was a quick and painless buying experience. We met and were greeted by the Sales Manager, Moe Asmar who should be proud to have such an excellent and qualified sales force at his disposal. This is our second purchase of a VW from this dealership and from David Brown in the past two years. We have purchased a new 2012 Passat TDI Sel Premium as well as a new 2014 Pasat TDI Sel Premium. In the first purchase this was the only dealership we visited as the cars were harder to find in 2012 but with this purchase for my wife's primary vehicle we did shop around with another dealer as well as through the Costco Auto Program with a third dealer. While price is always a concern as it was with us we also value relationships with a company and a salesman. In this case the relationship and price decision were very easy, after working with the other two dealerships it was clear that they would not be able to come close to the price we were given from David and VW South Charlotte. That along with the past relationship made our decision very easy. When we went to make the purchase David was off that day but he had already spoken with another salesperson Mazen Tutah who was prepared and more than willing to help us with the purchase which he did with great care and professionalism. I have also used this dealer for service work (routine maintenance) with my 2012 and had nothing but solid experiences with all of the service staff. More

My wife has bought two Volkswagon's from this dealership and we were there for a check of her battery when I spotted a Golf I liked. I had originally planned to wait and purchase a 2015 Golf due to all the great reviews it has received, but when I saw a 2012 Golf with very low mileage and in superb condition, it was a no brainer. I previously had a 1972 Super Beetle and now I am back with Volkswagon for life. Everyone should be driving a South Charlotte Volkswagon. The Sales and Finance team are the best in the business. After spending time with me going over the features of the car, he did the same for my wife with just as much quality to his work. My wife came to the dealership after work, and I had already signed papers to purchase the car. The deal was done and still Spiros showed her the car from top to bottom, which ensured us both that we would be satisfied with our purchase. Another employee, Elon (financing), was also very helpful in lowering our interest rate on the car so that we were even more happy with our purchase. He worked with me to get the numbers I was looking for and did an excellent job. The price was right with the luxery of this car and my overall experiene was great and hassle free. More
