Our family has four drivers now. After inheriting two older cars from my parents, we were getting sick and tired of the repairs they required to keep them running. We also were fearful of the safety ram older cars from my parents, we were getting sick and tired of the repairs they required to keep them running. We also were fearful of the safety ramifications of our youngest daughter getting stuck in one of the old "clunkers". So, we opted for a new vehicle. We looked all around, and were happy to find a great deal on a 2013 Golf at Volkswagen of South Charlotte. The dealership is close to our house in south Charlotte, and the people there were very friendly and easy to deal with. We actually tossed in one of the "clunkers" at the last minute, and VW of South Charlotte was happy to work it into a trade in for us. We truly felt like we were the priority and we got a good, reliable car in the process. It is our first VW, so we'll be evaluating how we like it over the next several years in terms of reliability, service, etc. More

I was seeking a low priced lease for a college age kid using the internet and communicating with three VW dealers. Matt was by far the most responsive to what I was seeking and rather than just trying to using the internet and communicating with three VW dealers.
