I have bought a couple of cars from Volkswagen of South Charlotte and Cal Willden. This is an excellent dealership and Cal is an excellent salesman. He keeps in touch with out being pushy! We weren't sure what car we were looking for when we pulled on the lot but Matt was so knowledgable and patient as I looked at, drove, and asked questions about the various models. He was very intuitive pulled on the lot but Matt was so knowledgable and patient as I looked at, drove, and asked questions about the various models. He was very intuitive, listening to what I liked about each vehicle and showing me others that met my criteria until we found the perfect car. I liked the whole process, being able to see the finance guys and business offices. The dealership is a very open and has a friendly atmosphere. Matt did a great job helping us through the whole process, then "after the sell" taking the time to teach me about some of the features in my car and even setting up my phone. Superior customer service! We were driving through from Ty Ty, Georgia and stop to spend the night in Charlotte. We saw the VW dealership and went by to take a look. We were greeted by Kwasi. It was my Ty Ty, Georgia and stop to spend the night in Charlotte. We saw the VW dealership and went by to take a look. We were greeted by Kwasi. It was my daughters sweet 16 Bday! Kwasi made my daughter one happy girl by finding her the awesome black beetle we purchased. Top notch customer service. Bagels, cream cheese, coffee, hot chocolate. Great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. Kwasi is awesome! This dealership has a jewel in him! Kent the sales manager was fabulous. He assisted us while Kwasi was finishing up another car purchase.
