A small but cozy dealership with nice service. I feel incredibly blessed to have worked with Moe at South Charlotte Volkswagen. I walked in with the intention of purchasing a car for my daughter, and from the very beginning, Moe was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely respectful of my budget. He was never pushy, which immediately set him apart from many other sales experiences. During the transaction, some unexpected personal challenges came up, and Moe handled everything with grace, professionalism, and kindness. Long story so I’m going to cut it short! I was in a car accident and my 2020 Vw Jetta got totaled out. I wasn’t sure how I was going to be able to afford to start all over again with this ec I was in a car accident and my 2020 Vw Jetta got totaled out.
