We recently moved to the south and during our travels around the area, we noticed the VW EOS. So we found the South Charlotte dealer and Mike Roberts. Now we have purchased many cars over time and have around the area, we noticed the VW EOS. So we found the South Charlotte dealer and Mike Roberts. Now we have purchased many cars over time and have been in many dealerships but this one is certainly THE BEST. We know we liked the car, but had no idea if we wanted to trade in one of our cars, if so, which one, buy a new EOS or a used EOS, etc. So we made several trips and phone calls to Mike, Ty and Mark Donovan over a couple of weeks. This has to be the friendliest dealership, not to mention patient and helpful! I finally had an ephipheny and decided to trade in my husbands car :) and purchase a new EOS. So we made an appointment for one of the hottest days of the year. When we got there, Ty went through our options one more time - and they actually talked us into a beautiful used EOS with low mileage - SAVING US A TON OF CASH!!! Never have I been to a dealer where they talked us into saving money. Even the payment turned out to be lower than expected. Halleljuah! The day was miserably hot - Mike kept us hydrated with water, took us for a spin in the convertible, changed our plates and spent time in the heat explaining all the details of the car. I appreciate the attention to detail, the speed of the transaction (after we finally made up our minds , the courtesy and no pressure. By far, the best car purchase experience I have had. VW South is great. They are fast , down to earth, no BS kinda place. I walking in and talked to Mike about a car that nobody could get, about 15 mins went by and they had the car. Matt contacted me immediately after I had submitted a request for a quote online for the Autobahn GTI. Matt will get you the car you want, at the price you can afford. I looked at other dealerships, but their inventory was not as large and versatile as South Charlotte.
