Eric C. is the man over at VW of South Charlotte. He went out of his to get me price i wanted and the payment i wanted. Took the car in for an oil change. The process was smooth and the service adviser was friendly. He recommended some additional maintenance items based on the age of the car, but didn't push it when I smooth and the service adviser was friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the service took longer than expected (1.5 hrs instead of 45 min), but the service adviser was in contact with me, and they washed my car which I was not expecting. More
