Eduardo was an AMAZING sales person and made my experience at VW the best ever!! He answered all my questions immediately and was very personable and knowledgable about the TDI Golf I purchased from him. He always kept his word, followed up with me consistently and I never felt as though he was trying to fool me or force me to buy a car like all the other dealers! I would highly recommend Eduardo and the South Charlotte dealership to anyone! Great job! More
Had to take my car in due to warning lights coming on as I was driving to work. Even though I did not have an appointment, John was very willing to help and have my beetle looked at asap to diagnose the pr I was driving to work. Took the car in for an oil change. The process was smooth and the service adviser was friendly. He recommended some additional maintenance items based on the age of the car, but didn't push it when I smooth and the service adviser was friendly. The only negative was the service took longer than expected (1.5 hrs instead of 45 min), but the service adviser was in contact with me, and they washed my car which I was not expecting. More
I was taken care of immediately upon arrival and was kept informed the whole time I was there. I was there for a recall issue and my satellite turner needed replacing. The experience I had was one of the best car buying experiences. I'm not one to buy the same day, I have to have time to think about what a big purchase this will be. There was absolutely no pressure from Eduardo or the sales manager. He was extremely knowledgable about all the features of the Jetta. I looked at other cars the same day and nothing else really compared to the features and the price that VW could offer. I was back the next day to put a deposit down and I haven't regretted the decision. Ed has already set my first service appointment. Everyone at the dealership seemed to be very accomadating to me and my family. I really appreciate how they take care of people. Thanks More
In a word, the process was painless. All the "paperwork" was done ahead of time online, so all I had to do was show up at the allotted time and drop off the key for the 10,000 mile service. I received a call a short while later saying I can pick up the car and we'll see you again in another 10,000 miles. When I went to pick up the car, it was just as smooth, checked in, they gave me the keys and I was on my way. I can honestly say I've never been through such an easy process anywhere else. More
this is my first visit to VW south Charlotte. i had a gearbox problem on my Eos, which Joerg was able to diagnose and carried out repairs under warranty. I moved my business from another VW dealer to this dealership because the service man I had come to trust after 11 years and 235,000 miles switched his employment to this dealer. I had some work done at another shop that resulted in some issues for which they could or did not resolve. VW of South Charlotte identified and repaired the issues. The other establishment has now said that VW "made up" or falsified the problems, over charged me / charged for stuff that wasn't necessary and insulted their professional standards. Between the he said / she said, I would like to think that VW was in the right. Regardless, I have paid an additional $521 for work I had already paid $600+ for. More
