While visiting Charlotte, I encountered car trouble....a dead battery and possibly electronic problems. I went in for an unscheduled visit in response to warning that there was a malfunction in my front left headlight. I called ahead and was given a resonable time estimate of my wait and service time which wer that there was a malfunction in my front left headlight. In all this Amanda was very courteous and professional. I walked away knowing my needs were attended to and also the feeling that I was truly valued, not just as a customer but as a person as well. Additionaly, I bought the car from this dealer a little over 6 months and he remembered me (and my boys whom I had 'punished' as we waited working on the deal. Couldn't ask for more. More

Both guys wanted to make sure I had no questions about my bill or any of the work that was done. Even the cashier was excellent. She made sure I had no questions before I paid. You could tell that she personally cared that I was satisfied with her team's performance and my satisfaction before I paid. The entire experience was excellent. Things have really changed for the better since Mr. Cohen has taken over the management of VW of South Charlotte. They now show genuine appreciation of my patronage to their dealership.Every aspect of my customer experience has improved. From the phone, to the showroom and sales staff, and most importantly the service area. Mr. Cohen has more than once demonstrated to me that he is committed to providing the ultimate in customer satisfaction. I recently had a problem with my 2006 Passat and brought it to Mr. Cohens attention.He and his excellent service manager Travis Hahn immediately addressed the issue and promptly resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Customer Service is a term that I believe is used too loosely in business today but not in the case of VW of South Charlotte. They sell wonderful products and equally as important, they stand behind what they sell. I highly recommend them!! More

They answered every question we had about warranties, interest rates, and the difference in models. My husband put off going to a dealership for many months because of the way salesmen try so hard to make the sale. But John Hatten was not that way at all. He was so nice and he pointed out all the perks of owning a Volkswagen without making us feel pressured to buy. David, the finance manager also was very nice and explained all of the warranty options avaiable to us. Overall, Volkswagen of South Charlotte is a wonderful dealership. More
