Today I moved to the VW family for the 1st time with a 2022 Tiguan SE! I absolutely loved everthing about this dealership. From the moment I contacted Jeremy Orozco he was very responsive, super nice and 2022 Tiguan SE! I absolutely loved everthing about this dealership. From the moment I contacted Jeremy Orozco he was very responsive, super nice and answered every question I had. I was moving to a house, so we were texting for the most part. He confirmed availability on the vehicle I was looking for and we agreed to meet on Saturday. Not one time did he made me feel pressure, asked me for a deposit to hold the car or anything of that sort. I was also texting Gage Kirkendoll who’s the Finance Manager and he too, made me feel absolutely fine at all times. Upon arrival to the dealership, my -now new- Tiguan was waiting for me as well as Jeremy. He informed me of the car specs and then took me on a test drive. The entire process from me arriving to the moment I left the lot took about 2 1/2hrs. This includes the text drive, paperwork and me having to wait for my new car to get ready :) I was a Mazda girl for 15yrs and never in my life did I experienced such an amazing customer service as I did today at VW St. Augustine. I chose this dealer because of their reviews and they were ALL on point! If you’re looking to do business with an honest dealership then this is it! You will not be dissapointed at all!
