There is no other place I would consider going to purchase a New VW. From the minute I arrived for my appointment with Darrick Moreno…. he was ready to take me on a test drive (the car was already pu purchase a New VW. Both test drives went good as he answered all my questions as well as he had impeccable product knowledge. Darrick was very efficient with having numbers ready which were exactly what we had previously discussed prior to my visit. Then I was turned over to finance and Gage K. had all the documents ready and highlighted for signature as well as explained the extended warranty/GAP , which I ended up purchase on the 2022 VW Taos. You will not go wrong with Darrick and Gage as it was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had! VW - the 🔑 to happiness! More

This dealership is represented by a unprofessional, belligerent so called "manager" Alexander Short who should be an embarrassment to this owner, his establishment and Volkswagen. He and his sales person misrepresented the inventory and condition of the "new" vehicles we drove 4 hours to purchase. Vehicles had been burglarized days prior and tried to sell another vehicle in the place. He was extremely rude to the female sales person and had a huge attitude for having to retrieve an approval application from the system. When confronted with the frustration of their lack of regard for peoples time, the long drive and their ample opportunity to tell us that the vehicles were damaged (deal was made that morning) he told our family to "get the xxxx out" and threatened to fight my husband who had just walked into the lobby and had no idea what was happening. My daughter who was purchasing a second car from this dealership reorted this to the owner of the dealership and there has been crickets since his supposed "looking into" the situation. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More

Let me start out by saying Steve Crossman and Robin Snyder were so very helpful. I purchased a 2018 CPO Tiguan in June. A few days later, the coolant light came on. I put water in it and took the car to a local mechanic who advised that there weren't any leaks and the vehicle was in good shape. After the coolant light came on a couple more times, I scheduled an appointment. Diagnostic revealed that I needed my water pump, thermostat, gasket, and union needed to be replaced. I was pissed and even more upset to learn that the sales department was extremely indifferent when I told them my spare key belonged to another vehicle and even attempted to have me pay for it. Initially, I was told that I wouldn't get my car back until the next day but I didn't have that kind of time. After expressing my frustrations to Robin and Steve, I was told that I'd have my vehicle back by COB that day and they ordered my key. Although I will never deal with the sales department again in life, Robin and Steve showed themselves to be invaluable assets to the VW Service Department. More
