She gave us all the information we needed to know to help us make our decision. The process of financing the car went very smoothly with Chris Stevenot, the Sales Manager, guiding us through the process. The dealership was clean and comfortable. She worked very hard helping me get the price I needed and the right car and color I wanted. She was polite and patient through the whole process and not pushy at all likenither dealers in the area. Bait and Switch??? On Saturday I drove a a CC Lux. Nice car with a small alignment issue that the dealer agreed to repair but only AFTER purchasing the vehicle. The price listed for the vehicle was $18,900 on their website with 41,800 miles. The price was as noted on their website; however, the mileage was just shy of 45,000 miles. Fast froward to today (Monday), I called Rodney B. to discuss making an offer on this vehicle. I offered $18,200 and agreed to place a deposit immediately by credit card to get the alignment repair started. At that time, Rodney stated they had adjusted the price to $19,300 and that the dealer would not go below the Saturday sticker price. What really upset me more was when I verified that price on their website. Sure enough they had adjusted the price upwards as he stated....what they failed to adjust was the addition of the 3,000+ miles. This truly seems like a dealer that had some interest in a vehicle and decided to try and make a few extra dollars. If they were just updating information, would you not also ensure complete accuracy. Its not like the dealer doesn't know that its staff is driving their used cars. It borders on false advertising! In addition, a little research seems to support the theory that Volkswagen is using a lower quality tire. There seems to be a significant number of owners reporting excessive tire noise, vibration and wear of their rear tires. The exact problem (a rear end vibration) that this dealer claims to be a rear alignment issue that they'll only repair after it is sold. More

I purchased a NEW Jetta TDI on September 20-th .Great buying experience from Kim Baranyi that was incredibly professional and understanding. I drove to the dealership from Sandusky area and I was immediately made at home by her CAG VW Hudson facility. I ended up purchasing the car I wanted at the price I wanted and the whole deal was so friendly ,informative and I didn't even feel like I just went through the whole buying a car ordeal. I can honestly say that not only was the experience not a hassle, but was actually enjoyable. Would recommend to friends. • The whole CAG VW Hudson team was definitely ethical and honest. They don't cheat or weasel or mislead. The Finance Manager took my basic info and spend less than 30 minutes financing the car and signing the papers without being the typical "pushy salesman". He was genuinely interested in helping me. • John Appleby and “Vinnie” as well did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of when servicing my 2014 Passat TDI ( the other VW I do own). I felt as though I was treated like a family member! I would recommend CAG VW to everyone and anyone who is looking to service a new VW car! • In the beginning I had been to Spitzer VW Amherst dealership that is close to my home and I didn't feel comfortable dealing with them. Horrible financing service... spent all day talking to them so I could look at and buy a NEW car then a whole month to get a title on a new purchased Passat. No consideration for other's time. Poor communication. Worst service department ever! They were rude, hostile, in competent, and unprofessional ( I have exterior dings and scuffs, passenger visor broke and disgusting applied interior EnviroShield on my new Passat TDI) . I will never do business with this place ever again, and I drive all the way to CAG VW Hudson when I need too. That`s how bad they are. More

I went to Collection Volkswagen of Hudson in Hudson coz I heard they can help me to lease a car and there Diana worked with me hard to get my dreams car VW CC -Sport 2013 she even offers me cookies every time I go there :) Finally, they get me approved with affordable payments for 39 months lease with the option to buy the car. I am enjoying my unique fancy car now and would recommend every one to work with Diana at Collection Volkswagen of Hudson because I am pretty sure she will do whatever possible to get you approved with the minimum payment that you want specially if you don't have SSN or credit history like me.
