I purchased a new VW Tiguan from them and my buying experience has been inconvenient & unpleasant. Even after I agreed to pay them more than the MSRP, another $900 was added to the car's selling pri experience has been inconvenient & unpleasant. Their finance manager claimed I purchased tire & wheel protection from them for $700, which at the time of financing was offered to me as complimentary, and for the remaining $200 he had no clue. It took a lot of effort and time on my end to resolve this since nobody from their finance office responded to phone calls, emails, or even voicemails. I do appreciate the help I received from their general sales manager Michael for the issue. They had also asked me to put in a deposit for the college graduate rebate informing me that they will refund the deposit once rebate is approved by Volkswagen. More than 2 months later I find out that my rebate was denied as the dealership made an error in filing for the rebate and didn’t do the process on time. My car purchase was handled in an unprofessional manner. More

Very shady and unethical dealer. Advertises one price and jacks it up by thousands through "mandatory" fees and add-ons once you come in. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a used jeep from them two years ago. Within the first 3 months the transmission went. Within the first 6 months the engine went. This is our 6th VW from this dealership. Our sales rep Shoumeer was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable of each model and trim it made our decision super easy. With a 4 hrs drive ,I really liked the car which I bought on 05/05/22 ( VW atlas) , However, I am extremely disappointed with the purchase experience with Shoumeer (Sales) as were there a lot of commu bought on 05/05/22 ( VW atlas) , However, I am extremely disappointed with the purchase experience with Shoumeer (Sales) as were there a lot of communication gap still not addressed . Here are my open concerns. 1. As per CPO certification checklist, both keys need to be handed over to customer. I haven’t got any response regarding ETA when the second key will be available. 2. While I was driving back home after my purchase ,at speeds more than 60 miles/ hr there was a heavy vibration on steering wheel when the brakes are applied. Possible warped out rotor/ brakes! 3. There is a deep scratch and a ding which were already discussed and it’s been agreed that it will be fixed . 4. Suspension feels noisy and lose. Doesn’t feel like it absorbs the impacts. I do have follow up appointment on 05/16 to address above concerns .. This review will be continued after the scheduled appointment.. More
