Evan was professional, honest, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made what is usually a stressful experience actually enjoyable. Despite calling multiple times and being assured that the car we were interested in was at the dealer, went this morning to find out that the car had purportedly been sold last night. Of course, they had oth car we were interested in was at the dealer, went this morning to find out that the car had purportedly been sold last night. Of course, they had other cars to show us [!]. The most galling part is that the dealership actually called us this morning to find out when we were coming to look at the car; that they supposedly sold already.
