I waiting a long time to fill out this review because of the disappointment and anger with this car. I have had nothing but problem with this vehicle since purchase. Felt like we was accuse of running the e the disappointment and anger with this car. I have had nothing but problem with this vehicle since purchase. Felt like we was accuse of running the engine hot causing oil, water & blown head gasket. Then after a long process of waiting on the warranty company to make a decision of weather to fix the issue without the customer to pay or to allow us to have a rental car. I am still not sure how that played out on did the warranty company agree, but I will say that the we did get a car. Also I had to call and make trip down to the dealership twice to have a conversation to understand and plead my case and voice my disappointment of this conduct of a valued customer of 4 purchase vehicles from this dealership while in Barnesville, Ga 30204 and its current location. Now I will say that we didn't pay any money in the long run. I also will say that we had to turn return the car again after waiting and completion on the time window which was longer because of the COVID-19 delay with merchandise/parts. Twice once for a leaking water hose from work from the first visit then again for a oil from a leaking hose of a turbo boot unit hose. If you ask me today if I will purchase another vehicle I would say NO, I hope you notice the uppercase letter in the statement body. Kenny, Todd & Troy did help in the process but I FEEL THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT LET ME DOWN WHEN THEY PLACE THE CAR ON THE LOT AND DIDN'T FIND ALL THE PROBLEM WITH THE CAR. OR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT KNEW THAT THE CAR WAS BAD AND WAS HOPING TO MAKE A QUICK MONEY BEFORE IT SHOWED PROBLEMS. More
