This dealership went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I got the deal we wanted over the phone in under 2 hours. Chris Daniel was the easiest salesman I have ever worked with. He was honest and transparent the whole way through. I never felt pressured by him. We drove 4 hours to pick up our truck from this dealership and they are just as great in person as they were on the phone. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I visited Heyward Allen today for the first time. I was greeted by the very kind receptionist holding the door open for me when I arrived. She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn’t quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn’t try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn’t afford. Needless to say he won my business and I’m a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I’m also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. They made up a lie about my credit it was totally false because I was already approved through GM for financing. They caused me to waste time and money. This should be considered fraud. One truck hotshot operator out of Birmingham. This past Tuesday headed north on I-75 about 40 miles south of Perry, GA my new 3500 dashboard lit up and slowed the truck to 62 mph. I called a dealer closer to me at the time and service dept told me because of holiday weekend I could come by but it would be the following week before they could take a look at it. I was pulling a 40 ft trailer with 4 deliveries to make the next day. Found Hamby Chevrolet online and decided to limp to their location. Park out front about 4:15 and go to the service department manager’s office. He was immediately on it. He instructed that we are up against the clock, to pull on to the grassy area in front of the dealership, drop the trailer and bring him the truck asap. I did and into the service area he went with my truck. Determined I was having electrical feedback from either my electronic log or electric trailer brake system. Reset my truck electronics, suggested I get those 2 sources checked when I got back home and had me out the front gate before 5:00. Words escape me to adequately express my gratitude!! I make my living with this truck and being out of commission with a load on my trailer for a week would have severe consequences for me. Next time I need a truck, Hamby gets my business!! I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle. The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
