Zack Carmichael was my sales associate and he provided fast, friendly, and courteous service before and during the buying process. Buddy, the finance guy, provided the same level of service and streamlined our purchase. I showed up mid morning to buy a vehicle and was out in time to drive down and have lunch in Macon. Zack and I spoke about the deal via phone conversation and everything stated during that time held true when we were making the deal. This is a family owned and operated dealership providing exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone. I chose the dealership for generic reasons, but the reasons I will return are very specific and they all have to do with the people who own, operate, and are employed by Volume Chevrolet.
