I arrived at Volume Chevrolet around 2pm that afternoon and I never dream of being able to purchase a BRAND NEW vehicle with my credit score. I test drove the 2020 Chevy Spark 1st and I thought that it was a little to small. Them i test drove a bigger SUV but did not like the color. Well, when we got back from test driving i told my Salesman to crunch some numbers. The result was me driving the 2020 Chevy Spark off of the sales lot around 6:30pm. This vehicle only had 19 miles on it. I am getting used to it the longer that I drive it. Tuesday August 04, 2020 I had an appointment to get the oil, oil filter change & the tires rotated for the first time. 005461 miles by the time I drove up there. I live half way between Macon & Gray, Georgia in Jones Count, 31 miles from Volume Chevrolet. My 2020 Chevy Spark get the BEST GAS mileage of any vehicle I have ever own. No one followed up for Chris on his day off to keep me updated on repairs. Six days to repair, two separate trips. Also when Chevrolet knows of faulty parts, do not hold the customer up on decisions. If one of my customers point out something faulty , I do not hesitate to do repairs And or replacement. So I'm not blaming it all on the guys at volume. Their hands were somewhat tied for a while.
