I would love to write a good review for this place but the past several weeks have taught me a valuable lesson!!!. I traded in a new vehicle for a 2015 because it was a health choice. Told the sales pers the past several weeks have taught me a valuable lesson!!!. I traded in a new vehicle for a 2015 because it was a health choice. Told the sales person I would get the 2015 if they fixed the noise in the steering wheel. Me being the trusting person I am (because this would be the 7th vehicle my family has got from there in the last 7 years, ) took her at her word and went ahead and traded. The noise has yet to be fixed. My transmission acts up from time to time and I've had it there 3 times already to be fixed. But I'm crazy. There's nothing wrong with it because there machines say there isn't. I will never recommend this place again to anyone. And I have surely learned a few lessons. More

this is an update for the survery i wrote ealier. i was personally called by the manager and the missunderstanding was fixed! Everyone that ive spoke with was very nice and helpful. the prices are fair and i left thinking we finally have a nice chevy dealer in forsyth. i say that cuz i only just found out we had one lol. i got an email last week and i thought it was junk mail cuz it was from chevy in forsyth. i made an appointment a few days later and very very happy i did that. i will definitely come back again and i will also let my family know about them.
