Volume Chevrolet

This was my second visit for my car’s issue. Even though I had an appointment at 9 am, it took over two hours before my car’s check engine light was even diagnosed. Unfortunately my check engine light came on again tonight for the third time in just a a little over two months, and there is now a new problem. I understand things break on cars and they need repairs, but it seems odd to need multiple repairs in such a short time span, Starting to wonder about the service department’s ability to make the correct repairs. I will say Brian was very courteous and pleasant to work with unlike others I’ve dealt with in the service department. Waiting to see if I will continue to have issues after they make repairs. More

Todd was unprofessional and rude.
