LESS THAN ZERO STARS I would not recommend Volume Chevy. Once I arrived was told that 30min wait to get oli and tire rotation. After more that 2.5 hours I paid for servic I would not recommend Volume Chevy. Once I arrived was told that 30min wait to get oli and tire rotation. After more that 2.5 hours I paid for service and went home. Immediately noticed the inside dually wheels weren't rotated in correct position. Looked in manual and stated with aluminum wheels, rotate all from side to side in corresponding locations. After jacking up truck and correctly installed wheels I looked at oil level. I was in shock, oil level was below add. This was on a 2019 diesel a 70K truck with 5000 miles on it and they couldn't fill the oil level. I had to add 2 quarts to bring level to full. I wouldn't let Volume Chevy put air in my daughter's bicycle tires. Place is a Joke! More
Very disappointed I arrived at the dealership at 8:50am for a check engine light. I spoke to Tiffany several times about what was going on. She advised me it was $135 f I arrived at the dealership at 8:50am for a check engine light. I spoke to Tiffany several times about what was going on. She advised me it was $135 for the initial check she then came back and advised me after being there for 3 hours already that I would need to pay another $135 for a battery to check to have a power source to find the problem since my battery tested low. About 45 min later she said I quoted you the wrong price it’s actually $259 for the battery. At that point I was already at $425 and still didn’t know exactly what was wrong. She was very cold and rude which is typically how she acts when I come there. I told her I wanted my car back I did not pay for the new battery after being there from 8:50 to almost 1 I left and got the same battery from a mechanic in McDonough for $100 cheaper I will not be back to the service department for anything other than the free oil change and that might not happen either. It’s a shame the sales team is amazing but service just drags their feet and has no consideration for their customers time or money. More

Service Rep not always truthful Service Representative was very untruthful about the tires on our pickup truck. We ordered four matching tires and for months we only had 3 matching a Service Representative was very untruthful about the tires on our pickup truck. Poor service. I was traveling through the area when my car started to overheat. My brother-in-law found Volume and told me to ask for Tiffany and they would see ab I was traveling through the area when my car started to overheat. My brother-in-law found Volume and told me to ask for Tiffany and they would see about helping me out. I went there and after having the mechanic look at the car, they said it was the water pump leaking and it was going to cost about $400.00 to fix. They did not even find the pipe that had a large hole in that was spuing water. Once I pointed that out, they told me to call back Monday morning and they would look for the part. That was understandable considering it was Thanksgiving weekend and late on Saturday afternoon. I called on Monday morning to talk to Tiffany and only received her voice mail. I left a message. All day I did not hear back. I called back later and talked to the parts manager. He said he could not get the part until Wednesday. About 6pm, Tiffany finally returned my call from 8:30am. I finally found a local mechanic that fixed my car and charged less than the dealer was going to charge. I was on my way by Wednesday afternoon. More
