Marcus Gay sales rep I have a hyundai since 2006 , had taken my son there for his first car, recently took my daughter for her first car and Marcus Gay insulted my daughte I have a hyundai since 2006 , had taken my son there for his first car, recently took my daughter for her first car and Marcus Gay insulted my daughter upon her return to purchase a car stating that I Bertha Jones was old and senile also that He ( Marcus didn't want to say anything but i was also a liar. Marcus instead being professional Marcus insulted my daughter making statements that was not true except the fact that yes I am old but what does that have to do with referring my children for a car I will never make that mistake again More

DECEITFUL! After seeing reviews online, we were confident that this dealership would be a good choice. When we arrived, our feelings changed. Every stereotype y After seeing reviews online, we were confident that this dealership would be a good choice. When we arrived, our feelings changed. Every stereotype you can imagine about a used car dealership, felt true with this company. This person did not know much about the car, but since they knew we were there to buy, it was like knowledge was replaced with desperation. From what we could tell, the car was in good shape, even when we test drove it. Problems we did find, were promised to be fixed and stated that it would be in the contract, except that it was not added to the contract like promised. Since we live in another town, we were told they could find us a dealership close by us for an oil change, not true. We have had the car for about 8 months now and still have issues with them coming through on promises they made. Use caution if you choose to buy from them. Triple check everything. More

This car was used but it had 1266 miles on it when I got it and I did ask for a CarFax but never got one. I started having overheating issues and I thought it should't have any problems with it being so new. I went back to the dealership on the 13 Jan-2017 and was told that I was not approved for the car. Harry is a horrible person and reading other reviews I totally understand! I went nuts--then I got mad. I told them to give me back my car and my keys,,,they did---. OH and the new(used) car needed a new radiator??? I was told that the car would be fixed by today 17 Jan 2017.. Harry ran a second credit report on me on 14 Jan 2017 and I did not approve that one bit! Now my credit is ruined! I talked to Johnny today and he said my contact was null and void. Never deal with this dealership!! I am now without a new(used) car and my credit they ruined made it impossible to shop at other places! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Kimberly Simpson at the Volume Hyundai Service Department helped me secure a rental car the next day and reassured me all would be ok. I was devastated when my insurance declared it a total loss. Kimberly suggested I talk to a Volume salesman, and my new friend Ben Alongi patiently and kindly helped me pick out a replacement. I was not expecting to have a car payment, but Ben worked with me to get the payments down to something I could afford. I feel like they took care of me at a very low time in my life. I will always appreciate their understanding and their willingness to help me find a vehicle that meets my needs. Thanks, guys! More
