I purchased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership in January. At delivery, the vehicle was missing factory floor mats and only included one key. The sales process was very efficient. The after purchase follow up, specifically on getting the car titled in Virginia and receiving our tags was slower than I feel it should have been. Approximately three weeks after we purchased the car I called to find out the status of the process to discover none of the paperwork, up to that point had been processed. I was informed at that time that it would be by close of business two days later and I followed up with an email to the sales team (Eli & Marc) to confirm that. Three days later I am still awaiting a response via email. More
