WORST experience, would NOT recommend. Melissa was nice, but she barely dealt with me, left me sitting in her office for over 30 minutes, then took me to her fellow Volvo employee, Devin. Melissa was nice, but she barely dealt with me, left me sitting in her office for over 30 minutes, then took me to her fellow Volvo employee, Devin. Devin was just a rude human, who didn't want to answer any of my questions, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. THEN, I asked to have my new plates sent to my house and the title sent to my bank, Devin acted like he was doing that for me. NOPE. I had to drive almost an hour away two separate times because Devin had my new tags sent to the Volvo dealership and then a couple weeks later the Title came to my house so I had to drive it to my bank. Horrible service, and I hope I never see Devin again. Melissa called and asked how everything was, I told her I had a light on my dash, and how horrible Devin was. She said she was going to hang up and text me her number so I could send her a pic of my dash. I never heard from her again. I actually emailed her a pic of the light on July 8, 2024 and she did NOT respond. In conclusion, I would give ZERO stars if I could. UPDATE: after posting this review Alan Hannon contacted me and said he wanted to resolve my issues. Alan made an appointment with Volvo for me, & I was there for almost three hours, Alan walked right by me, I asked if it was indeed him, was told it was. He NEVER approached me or replied after my service to see if I was satisfied. If you can avoid this dealership, go to another one. More

On 2 trips in for service, I asked to have the fluids checked and I was assured the windshield washer fluid had been filled. A few days after I checked the container and could not see any washing fluid checked and I was assured the windshield washer fluid had been filled. A few days after I checked the container and could not see any washing fluid in the container. This was very disappointing since I live too far away to return. Otherwise the service people and the mechanics have been great! More
