Hello Jennifer, My name is Alan Hannon and I am one of the sales managers here at Volvo Cars Annapolis. Trying to apologize, I have left you three voicemails and also sent you an email...you have not responded. I would like to apologize for your perceived negative experience. We always try to do our best and do have a great reputation. When you were doing your lease buy out, we had three other clients at the same time also buying cars. You are correct in that it took too long. I am sorry that we took so long to get your paperwork processed. Devin has many great reviews on here and is one of our most liked employees. Still there is no reason for him to make you feel like you did. However, I would suggest, that the next time you are doing paperwork to please put your phone away and the transaction will get completed much more efficiently. Devin did not have the tags sent here, the MVA sends all tags here...even out of state. When our receptionist called to notify you of your tags arrival, you could have asked for them to be mailed. The MVA also sends titles to the owner and I am sorry that you were inconvenienced and had to take it to your bank. If we had handled your loan, I assure you that you would have not had to take that trip to the bank. I do see your email to Melissa about the warning light on your dash that arrived at 9:01 on 7/7/24. She did respond at 12:06 that same day. Perhaps, the response ended up in your spam folder? Overall, I hope this negative transaction will make us better and we both learn from it. Please give me a call...I have an offer to hopefully put our dealership in a good light with you.
