The sales manager was helpful and friendly. The financial person was also friendly and helpful to make the purchase happen. We had visited other volvo dealerships and had more knowledgable sales people but wanted to purchase close to our home. We bought the car despite Clair's knowledge of the vehicle. More

We are on day 3 of our brand new 2020 car seriously malfunctioning and no one there will look at our car or call us. No managers will respond to our calls. Usually you call and set an appointment. So we asked for a manager, Just keep getting managers are out. We were told by our sales guy to bring it in and drop it. Then got there and service said no we can’t take it today. ??? With again no appointment to bring it back. Sounds like they just sell cars at high end prices with no service to back up the warranties. More

Easiest car buying process I've ever experienced I had put off buying a new car for way too long because I absolutely had the car buying process. When I could no longer put it off, I was connected with Bruce King through a mutual acquaintance. Bruce immediately responded to my initial email (and all the many after that!). He found me the exact model I wanted with the features I needed and had it delivered to Volvo Annapolis super fast. Bruce, Claire and Tony had all of the paperwork done in advance for me so all I had to do was come in and sign a few things. I think it took me longer to figure out how to start the car (which wasn't long thanks to Corey Cross!). I really appreciate everyone working so hard to make this such a smooth and easy process. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had! More
