We purchased an XC 40 last Saturday. Very pleased with the vehicle, sales conversation and information provided by both Thom Lamm and Corey Cross. Nonetheless, we left very disappointed with the experien the vehicle, sales conversation and information provided by both Thom Lamm and Corey Cross. Nonetheless, we left very disappointed with the experience. The closing process and our interaction with Steve Currie were well below expectations. He was unprofessional and disingenuous. We agreed on a deal and he altered the terms on the final invoice. When I brought it to his attention he attributed it to a misunderstanding - it clearly was not a misunderstanding. Sad to say that we drove home with very mixed emotions. Love the vehicle and hope to enjoy it but not pleased with the experience and concerned about interactions going forward. Took the shine off the new car experience. More

Received a beautiful vehicle. Minor flaws. However I was disappointed on the actual task on hand. I wanted a SUV for my dog. A vehicle with an inside covering for the back of my vehicle. Was given opportunity to make amends, but lost trust since original verbal discussion was misunderstood. Felt as though I had to take care of issue myself. The staff was very nice, but the objective was not met. In addendum: there was a miscommunication about a service appointment, but was "worked in". And I received a loaner that had the exclamation warning light on the dash. It was minimized that it wasn't a "big deal". I however disagree and got upset. There could of been children in the car.
