Initially they didn't have the car I was looking for but Anthony Ferrogine (Sales Manager) identified what I wanted and kept me informed along the way. My car was delivered to Maryland from Florida and it took about a week but as soon as it came in I was contacted that it was ready for viewing. I worked with Joe Moore on the test drive and he was very knowledgeable and informative. I feel like I got a great deal on my S60 T6 trade-in and on the new car so overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Volvo Cars Annapolis for anyone interested in new or CPO Volvos. More

Factory Service Brought it in for a 20K service and a couple extra items. Reason for 4 stars I came in on a Thursday because there was a slow leak in my passenger side rear tire. Needed new tire that was not in stock and was told by Walt that I came in on a Thursday because there was a slow leak in my passenger side rear tire. Needed new tire that was not in stock and was told by Walt that he ordered it and he would call me when it came in on Friday. I waited until after 12:30 p.m. and hadn't heard from him so called. Was told that the tire was in and that Walt was not working on Friday. Would anyone have called if I hadn't called them??? I went and had the tire installed. No problems. More
