I've been driving my 2018 XC 60 with the roof screen hanging down on my head for a month due to an improper installation by Volvo Cars Annapolis. I waited about 2 weeks for a loaner to become available for multi-day the service, and since "completion" it has been nearly 4 weeks. I've had to reach out to Volvo Cars Annapolis myself several times just for them to even recall my situation and put me on their schedule. More

My phone call to Service dept a half hour later reached another person (Luis at lunch) who quickly guided me to the MyCar screen I could not find si I could re-calibrate (clear) the incorrect "low tire pressure warning" message and icon that showed up on the 2016 XC60 electronic dashboard on my way home. Annual service Being new to this area I needed a dealership to take care of my major service needs and I chose Annapolis as it is two hours closer to me than my orig Being new to this area I needed a dealership to take care of my major service needs and I chose Annapolis as it is two hours closer to me than my original dealer. I showed up a little early and was immediately addressed by Karwin. There were a couple of small issues I told him about and he introduced me to the tech who would be taking care of the car who told me the issues I mentioned were "no big deal and no problem to take care of". Needless to say, after a reasonable wait the car was done and all issues fixed. Knowing I have a dealer within an hour of my home now makes me feel so much better than having to take my car to anyone and hoping for the best.
