Luis is the Best! XC60 needed scheduled maintenance, I called Luis for an appt. I also told him the brakes were grinding. He said "I need to get you in rignt away, can XC60 needed scheduled maintenance, I called Luis for an appt. I also told him the brakes were grinding. Best Car Purchasing Experience Ever!!! About a week ago I purchased a Lexus from Volvo Annapolis. The day before I purchased my car, I called and spoke to Miguel who answer all my texts and About a week ago I purchased a Lexus from Volvo Annapolis. The day before I purchased my car, I called and spoke to Miguel who answer all my texts and phone calls prior to me arriving to the dealership the next day. Miguel was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the car. When I pulled up the car was sitting in front of the dealership ready for a test drive. After I was suddenly thrust into shopping for a new car after my previous car was hit by a drunk drive, Miguel made my car shopping experience a breeze. I had been to SEVERAL dealerships and even purchased a car and returned it due to horrible customer service. A week later I am happily driving my new Lexus from Volvo Annapolis. 50,000 Mile Check Up It was great, but I was driving for 10 minutes and my tire pressure lights came on for all 4 tires. I had just had them balanced.
